In case of No-Show no amount will be refunded to the User.
The company does not allow the luxury vehicle to be used to carry pets, goods, or any other objects which may damage the upholstery or any part of the vehicle. In such an event, the user will be charged for the actual cost of repairing or cleaning the interior/exterior of the vehicle.
Replacement luxury cars shall be provided within city limits only (subject to availability of a similar segment in the city) in cases where the vehicle develops a mechanical error that prevents its use. If the vehicle develops such an error outside city limits, a replacement vehicle will not be provided and the agreed rental amount will be charged. The company’s decision regarding replacement vehicles will be final.
For chauffeur-driven cars, fuel is inclusive of the selected rental package.
Reservations need to be cancelled through the website or mobile app.
Extra hours will be applicable after 20 minutes over the basic package selected by the renter.
In case of outstation travel, kilometres and hours will be calculated from the nearest garage to garage basis.
If the travel exceeds 250 kms in a day, extra kilometres will be charged depending on the car model.
If the travel exceeds beyond 24 hours, an extension of 1 hour is available with no extra charge. Post that, 1-day rental will be charged based on the car model.
If the travel exceeds the booked package, the customer will be billed for extra usage. Extra usage will be billed on extra hours and extra kilometres based on the booked car category.
